Its definitely not the place to grow or start your career. The staff is unsupportive and the main HR is the one who doesn't even herself know anything about recruitment and work culture. After accomplishing targets they wont even provide incentives. The feel is same like you are studying in a strict school. Don't waste your precious time by choosing to work here. Even they themselves violate there own laws and whenever any employee makes any small mistake they keep reminding them about the so called Protocols they have. That is so wrong.
