Pros
- freshers most welcome. - will learn to handle stress and unhealthy life - flexible timings , doesnt matter wat time u come in. late nights always preferable. - hands on exposure on different aspects of project, which is a plus. - u can learn a lot , in and out of projects. - work here , if u r ok with 9 to 9 schedule. -lunch option is available(not free), cut from salary. -there are some sensible people now in HR dept, dont know when they will leave though.( hardly anyone makes a year there) -traffic less area -coffee always available at hand. -purely startup culture
Cons
- no benefits(pf/medical etc), still cutting is a considerable amount. -job security is least granted. U can get fired just one day, that too without a compensation. - poorly managed, no proper leave application or provision to view our own pending/available leaves,no common employee database(even though a software company). - daily attandance of strict 9 hrs. -they say alternate saturdays, but u will get a mail on friday eve, saying its working tomorrow(dont worry, no extra payment for those extra working days, its free) - no hike at all( it says as per performance, but none ever got that) -9 hrs work, they say. but u literaly cannot log in at 9 and get out 6pm ("u r taking half day??") -irrespective of snr / jnr crew, avg regular office hrs is 11.30 to 8.30 pm
