Pros

Fastned's great place to work if you’re into doing meaningful stuff with people who actually care. The mission around sustainability really comes through, and the team genuinely believes in it. It’s fast-paced, so you’re trusted to take ownership and run with things, which means loads of room to grow. The vibe is super international and friendly, with a really open, collaborative feel. People are easy to talk to, and there’s not much hierarchy, so you can just get on with things and make an impact. I've definitely felt like there are real chances to develop and push myself here. Oh I can't forget to mention the company events like the annual ski trip, Fastned Days and Christmas party... insane!

Cons

Like any company that's growing fast, things can feel a bit intense at times. The pace isn’t for everyone and some people do struggle with the step up, especially if they’re used to more structure or a slower environment. But honestly, that’s also part of what makes it exciting.

Pros

They fool candidates by giving them a task / code to create as a part of interview. Once you submit it, they comes back with feedback with "n" number of flaws in it and rejects your candidacy.. The main motive is to get the work done free of cost which their employees can't perform. This is Fraud.

Pros

Great people Ski trip & travel

Cons

Frequent restructuring that often feels driven by leadership without a clear long-term vision, creating the impression that change is made for its own sake rather than for meaningful improvement. The impact on employees doesn’t always seem fully considered, which can lead to uncertainty and low morale. As a result, the company has lost some incredibly talented people due to these restructuring decisions, which is disappointing given the strength of the team. Compensation is also below market levels, making it harder to retain employees, especially during periods of ongoing change.
