Accumulation of Sick/Vacation/PTO it feels like your in retail. I wish it was just a given and you could take it being a full time employee for a smaller company.
I believe that the company could improve on creating a better system for job postings[within]. I feel that at some point in your time at a company in order to grow you may want to move around and unfortunately we don’t have a job board or policy that states when we can apply or move from one position to another. I think that would have a great affect on employees tenure knowing that one day they would be able to move around and try something knew instead of it being word of mouth, or who’s asked. I think it should be opportunity’s to interview and change roles if you feel you qualify.
