Each Fastest Labs is an independently owned franchise. The Fastest Labs in Thurston, Pierce, and King Counties are owned by the nicest and most hardworking people.
Cons
Each of us take our job very seriously, but I could see where someone could slack off or forget the importance of what we do at our collection sites. I appreciate that upper management does not micromanage, them disciplining subordinates effectively could be improved.
