They only pay good salary.

The company suffers from a lack of effective management, starting from team leaders up to the CEO. There is a noticeable absence of managerial skills, structure, and hierarchy. Employees frequently face false accusations without evidence, and there is a culture of fear and intimidation. The CEO, Honor Gunday, has been reported to communicate with employees in a disrespectful manner, frequently resorting to threats of termination. Additionally, employees have been asked to share private WhatsApp conversations, raising serious ethical concerns. Unlawful practices have also been reported, including the illegal withholding of a percentage of merchants' processing funds. Career growth opportunities are nonexistent, and employees are frequently dismissed without justification, often due to personal preferences rather than performance. Disagreeing with decisions can result in immediate termination, fostering an unstable and toxic work environment. Given these concerns, it is advisable to exercise caution before considering employment at this company or any of its affiliated entities, including Paymentwall, Terminal3, Passport International, Outcubator, and Compassnet.

May get to travel to other countries but be prepared to be emotionally terrorised by the founder Honor Gunday, overworked and miserable after working at this company for a few weeks

I felt compelled to write this review after seeing a 5* review posted for this company yesterday which has obviously been written to try and save the company's reputation Within the short time I was at the company before I resigned every member of the team was either fired for unfair reasons or resigned on their own accord. It could write an essay on all the things wrong with this company. The CEO is a racist and dangerous man who think he knows everything about every single culture. It's criminal he is allowed to run a business and cultivated a work environment where we were depressed coming into work everyday and a fearful of who he would turn on next. Please don't consider any job offer from this company. I actually beg you.
