      Pros

      Very laid back job depending on what you are doing and which branch you are located at. I've had a great experience because I've had amazing managers but not everyone will say the same.

      Cons

      My only complaint is the pay, they do not pay well compared to other companies in similar roles.

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      Corporate level has a ton of miscommunication if any, no room to grow unless you want to travel, watched others be forced into positions or let go, grade you on aspects you cannot control no matter how many excuses they give you that you can.
