Majority of hiring is from within. College students offered lots of flexibility in work schedule. Can make great money quickly. Lots of opportunities to learn. Every work day is different. Majority of accounts are warm/hot leads no cold calling. Lots of lateral promotion opportunities for specialized tasks ie safety and lean.
Cons
401k package is good. Health insurance is not good. $800/mon for family. Lofty sales expectations goal is 20% growth year over year. Commission structure is difficult to understand. Base salary raises are rarely given, Can be a revolving door people below middle management leave for other opportunities frequently
