Pros
Truly depends on what branch you're in, but pros: -The POS system is pretty good and intuitive -You supposedly can transfer branches easily since they're all over the US -Anyone can get commission based on how well the branch does -PTO is pretty good and they give you time every month allotted to doctor appointments
Cons
-Company doesn't believe in bonuses. You get a Christmas box with random stuff in it (ie Oreos, meat sticks, starburst, etc) instead of a bonus -You have to make a case for why you deserve a raise -Very us vs. them environment on every level -Commissions are often based on how well someone does their job in a field that isn't related to them (ex. if the Accounts Receivable person doesn't harass the clients to pay their bills, the Account Reps get all their commission taken away) -Management isn't great or supportive -Training is outdated and, often, not given -People do a lot of sketchy things just to make their branch look good
