Working with a diverse customer base, gaining many professional relationships in a variety of industries. Great training programs to ensure product knowledge and selling skills.
Cons
Complicated commission system, overload of products and services to represent, high turnover rate training never stops, Managed a store over 4 months and was only payed as an outside sales rep. Was not given effective team members to support store goals which impacts all other employees pay/time.
