      Pros

      The only pro i can think of is having extra money in my pocket, but at 11 dollars an hour for the work you do it is not worth it.

      Cons

      1. storeage of items was unsafe for employees. 2. they dont use the proper equipment and vehicles the job requires. 3. they try to cut your breaks short. 4. not fair in the amount of work each employee is given. (if you work fast you will not be rewarded).

      Pros

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      Pros

      You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

      Cons

      Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
