      Pros

      They work with your college schedule really well and are pretty lenient when it comes to the rules. You get to listen to to music as well.

      Cons

      You cannot progress at all. Worked for 3 years as the top employee and they never paid out bonuses. Managers only care about cutting budgets and making their bonuses fatter while bragging about it.

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      Local teams are great to work with

      Corporate level has a ton of miscommunication if any, no room to grow unless you want to travel, watched others be forced into positions or let go, grade you on aspects you cannot control no matter how many excuses they give you that you can.
