      Pros

      Great engagement with employees, many outside of work perks (Lunches, activities, etc.). Very accommodating to personal needs, as long as it isn't the busy season. Even then the company will try to work with you.

      Cons

      Highly seasonal. Expect OT in the busy season, and excessive downtime during the off season. Long off season.

      Good work environment, supportive coworkers, and decent opportunities to learn and grow. Management is generally respectful and the company offers fair compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Some processes can be slow and communication between teams could be improved at times.
