The (few) engineers that remain at the company who do the actual work are all outstanding, passionate, bright, and patient people.
Cons
In my opinion, company culture and values start at the top and trickle down throughout the organization. In this case, when it comes to the founder and CEO of the company, I'll say this: My dogs leave more character in tightly coiled piles at the dog park. I've seen more spine in jellyfish.
