Upper and middle management are out of touch. They hire people for management who have never had experience. The pay is too low. You can make more money in fast food. You are under cameras all day and managers sit and watch you. The company fosters micromanagement. Morale is always in the gutter. The benefits are bare bones. Pay varies from location to location for some reason as does the work culture and policies it seems.
