      Pros

      All about growing into a leadership position at this company. You will do well if you are eager to learn with a student mentality. Heavy return in your financial earnings if you put in the work. Bonuses are weekly. The guys there are young and really driven which keeps it fast paced and the cool thing about Fast Trak is that you earn your rank which drives up competition. You even can earn a ticket to one of their really cool vacations they go on like Las Vegas or the Bahamas.

      Cons

      Must be willing to put in the work that's necessary. If you aren't competitive then I would look elsewhere.

      Seemingly warm work environment I guess

      Where do I begin? Employees who chase supervisor roles just to punish people. I had a supervisor tell me to warn him two weeks in advance when I have an emergency or accident. A literal pyramid scheme. The company harassed me for two years asking me to return their gear even though I had multiple employees and signed paperwork confirming that they were returned. Worst of all, when I told my boss that I would like to pursue a profession in Data later on in life, he had a melt down yelled at me for 10 minutes straight... I've never had an employer yell at me for discussing my future goals before or after this event.
