      Pros

      Easy work. Laid back enviroment. Company pays for short/long term disability. One week paid sick leave after 90 Days and two personal Days leave after 90 days

      Cons

      Low pay. No room For Advancement. Crappy hours and must work on some holidays. No security system! There’s one camera that watches u all day that managers log into and watch you. But no buzzer behind counter, no security, no glass window, nothing! Scary with so much money on site. They will hire just about anyone regardless of their record. Customer base is of lower class. No credit checks so lots of bad pay and high collections. Always work weekends. Saturday is mandatory and work till 6pm of weekdays. Never have a weekend off.

      Pros

      Simple work. Good co-workers. Most of the time you are given free range to work, it is not always very micromanaged. Slow days mostly in the middle of the month make up for the demanding days at the beginning and end of the month.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive. Demanding work load for the number of associates on the extremely busy days. Can be stuck working alone, but you get used to it. -this could become a security issue. Management is demanding at times and very inconsistent. Management is overworked and has a large workload. Branch managers are usually put on salary and are expected to work over 40 hours a week. High turn over because of the crazy demanding days. No room for advancement, but if you work hard you will be promised it will happen some day. Long hours.
