      Pros

      A fun, lively atmosphere to work in. An easy sell to potential customers allowing plenty of creative opportunities for sales growth and development. Flexible schedule allowed if/when needed. Nice to work in a fun, entertainment industry where most clients have a very positive experience and enjoy your service.

      Cons

      Hours can vary with it being event services. Nights and weekends regularly required in order to work events. Not many opportunities for advancement.

      This is a great place to work! Offers a lot of flexibility and a fun work environment. They always try to look within the company when promoting people to management or other positions.
