      It is a good company to work for. If you work hard and show them that you are committed there is room for growth. The CEO is a good person and cares about his staff.

      Cons

      No benefits, but I know that they are working on it.

      Pros

      When I started I came from a security company that did not appreciate me nor my co workers as assets; Fast guard has allowed me to climb through the rankings and achieve a supervisor position with great benefits.

      none to mention; my tenure here has been great

      Flexible with schedule daily and weekly.

      Cons

      Will not pay you, won't pay on time if they do, and not transparent. They are extremely unorganized. Do not waste your time.
