Pros
Not many, this is a good way to get your foot in the door to working in sales and they do technically have uncapped commission.
Cons
Commission is sub par at best and monthly bonuses for store managers is dismal, they don't provide raises willingly and you will never make more than $13 an hour as a manager, communication is severely lacking and it's like pulling teeth to get back office to do anything but honestly all of that isn't so bad the worst part is the regional manager he's a narcissistic self important bully and tends to run off all the good people he has working for him.
