      Pros

      Offer some leads, small office environment, laid back setting.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, the owner will penny pinch every file you close. They don't have mortgage background so the marketing is slim and there is no real experience help. If you are experienced loan officer this is not a place for you. Nobody last no more then 6 months due to lack of motivation.

      Great opportunities for advancement Awesome compensation structure Owner and staff are really cool

      Cons

      None, really, except that the person who posted the negative review was actually let go for various misconduct and was difficult to work with. Management waited too long to act.
