      Pros

      Good salary, benefits & perks. Unlimited PTO and work remote policy are awesome too!

      Cons

      Management is terrible. If you value and stand by the quality of your work, the experience WILL be rough and no amount of money will compensate for the stress you will endure. Employees are expected to follow orders instead of solve problems. Also, there is an unprecedented lack of process, organization and communication which makes simple day-to-day operations seem like rocket science and makes it incredibly difficult to focus on your actual job. On some level you’re always paying for someone else’s mistakes, rather than individuals taking responsibility for what they do or don’t do and correcting those mistakes so that they don’t happen again.

      Pros

      This is for any future employee looking to find a corporate workplace that values who you are. You will be rewarded with a culture that values hard work and a positive attitude. Out of every corporate job I have had in my career this has been the best so far. Here's why: 1. The CEO values a positive work environment 2. Unlimited PTO 3. 401k Option, full benefits 4. Strong Culture of employees who value you as a person and have a great sense of humor. 5. They value using up to date technology to make your work life easier 6. They are highly respected in the alternative lending industry. Many other companies are always looking to do business with Fast Capital 360. 7. They treat their customers with transparency and respect. 8. Paid lunch hour, huge pantry of snacks, coffee machine, catered lunches every Wednesday. In my experience, I started in sales and it was not a fit for me. Fortunately enough, I was able to pivot into different roles in the company that suited my strengths. This is by far one of the best aspects of working here. All in all, you will be very welcomed for who you are. Over the last 3 years I have built a a lasting friendship with my co workers and funding partners. They are aiming to be a leader in the industry and I have no doubt it will happen in the near future.

      If you are looking for a slow paced environment it may not be a fit.
