Pros
Pay is competitive. Dealing with the public can be tricky at time but also can be very rewarding. Employee throughout the company are very nice and helpful.
Cons
Upper Management is a joke. Nothing is ever kept in confidential, especially by area managers, they will blab all your personal stuff to other stores and other employees. And nothing is done by corp nor district managers.. This company use to care about its employees and treat them good. Now its all about the money and who can throw who under the bus to make them look good. Use to love my job about 10 years ago, but now 2 yrs later it has become a place of HELL to work for. I would never recommend this place to anyone if needing a job.
