Decent place but could do with improvements - Anonymous employee Fashionara Employee Review

1. Darpan, CEO/ Boss - is a great leader to work with. Inspiring, always kind, calm. There is a lot to learn from this man. 2. Work culture was superb. Specially, every team member had a lot of personality. HRs did a great job of keeping the employees engaged.

Nothing I can think of!

- Allowed its employees to be creative - Quality of work was most important for the company

- Paid less - Limited employees for multiple tasks
