Pros
The job requires constant travel throughout the day, often covering hundreds of kilometers across multiple states, with no consideration for the employees’ preferences or any increase in pay. Workdays are frequently extended without prior notice or consultation, leaving employees to manage sudden trips and unpredictable schedules on their own. Deploying devices in remote areas is especially challenging, as there are rarely any travel arrangements provided by the company—employees must independently plan every detail, from transportation to logistics. These journeys often result in a lack of proper sleep, and with no food available at the farm locations, basic needs are routinely neglected. The relentless travel and absence of support not only violate reasonable working hour limits and labor protections but also create an exhausting and unsustainable work environment for employees
Cons
Working in this organization has been extremely disappointing due to several ongoing issues. I was hired for a specific role at a particular location, but soon found myself being assigned tasks completely unrelated to my job description and expected to manage responsibilities across two entire states. There is virtually nothing to learn here, and opportunities for growth or career advancement are non-existent. Management is unresponsive to concerns and fails to offer any appreciation or recognition for hard work. The pressure to make sales is relentless, and employees are often forced to face scoldings from farmers. Worse still, we are expected to make false promises to customers just to sell devices, which is both unethical and demoralizing. Overall, this workplace lacks support, integrity, and respect for its employees, making it an extremely challenging and unrewarding environment.
