On time payments without any issues, easy to get in contact with staff support.

Wish they would give 1099 employees that have been working with them for sometime the opportunity to be part time or full time with benefits.

The individuals in the Scottsdale office are very nice and seem like the type of people you would want to work with. The job itself would be great for someone who does not have recruiting experience and can be mastered within a week with minimal phone and computer skills needed.

No remote options, every team except for recruitment is able to work from home making their huge office very empty and pointless. The Admin Assistant/Recruiter role can easily be done from home and the fact that it doesn’t at least have a hybrid option is a huge draw back. Faspsych is also extremely lacking technologically, most of their internal systems are slow and bogged down due to outdated ways of doing things, I was only there for a short time and their outlook broke down because of the way they save files and are quickly running out of useable storage. They also still use paper for a lot of their tracking leading to a lot of unorganized paper trails for new open positions. There also doesnt seem like there is much room to grow.
