      Everyone seems nice in the beginning

      Cons

      Can’t keep direction, unable to make a decision and see it through. Lots of pie in the sky, little action, no reduction is underwhelming. CEO and COO drink too much.

      Great supporting team members, Pay.

      Cons

      Leadership team is a loose cannon, You will dedicate your time and energy into a company that will throw you away in a second. Family run company, you can't even go to HR with concerns as they are a direct relative to the CEO. Questionable business practices: Poor Performance reviews given on purpose that didn't match actual performance in order to avoid pay out of management bonuses.
