Some coworkers are cool and you work with some of the top people in the industry. Great job for a year. Travel

Long term employees are heavily favored and are allowed to act unprofessional. Very little to no HR. Overtime does not exsist “accrued vacation” that they then never let you use. Poor communication,54+ work week. Terrible work life balance. Underpaid and overworked- A rich mans hobby company. No protection during pandemic.Too young of personnel being hired in an misleading environment with little experience and little assistance.
