      Location, number of paid holidays

      Cons

      Management is there to feed their egos. They are not interested in finding the best solutions, just prove their idea is best no matter what the cost or harm to the company. Employee turnover is high and the company is consistently suspicious of the customers.

      Pros

      Place was never dull. Senior Management was always trying to find something that worked. Met a lot of good people and learned tons.

      Cons

      Always threat of going out of business. May have figured some things out a little too late.

      Super-smart people, amazing data science capabilities, innovative thinking, highly strategic leadership, huge market potential.

      Cons

      Company has a split culture of extraordinarily collaborative and highly confrontational people. All are very smart, but a greater weighting of collaborative personalities would make this company top-tier in every way.
