      At present time, there aren’t any. This company is in a downward spiral.

      Cons

      They hire the poorest managers out there, people without any industry experience. They have no clue how to run it successfully. They are losing a lot of money and shedding people and cutting benefits. Only go to work for these guys as a last resort.

      Pros

      There are lots of pros to working here. New management finally has a good vision for future of company and understands ag marketplace. If you DO YOUR JOB you are rewarded. Underperformers are FINALLY being weeded out👍👍👍👍. I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of guys and gals to work with.

      Cons

      Ag economy is in a downtrend so there’s obviously going to be some rocky times but it will get better.
