Starts out great. Tries and works with schedule for people still in school. If you're a republican who loves guns this is the store for you. Oh and if you like working with a person who kills animals and puts them on your chair for fun!

Spent many years there. Monmouth Farm King. 7 managers in 10 years. The owners of the company only care about money in their pocket for their hunting trips and guns so they forget they need to make sure they're hiring proper management. Raises once a year for only 3% if you ask and ask and ask and ask about a raise. Management has a clique and they don't get in trouble. Hard work doesn't get you anywhere. If you're not in the clique prepare to be micro managed and walking on edge. Management is pretty two faced is what I'm getting at. Don't work here.
