Pros
GREAT company! It is rare to find a company where upper management cares about both its employees and its customers and Farm Credit of Florida is fortunate to have the current upper management team. Management is very open with employees about where the company is and where they want to go. While management does treat employees well, it still demands high performance and holds employees very accountable for their actions.
Cons
The only con that I can think of is that sometimes management tries to run a little too lean on skilled employees and that makes timely delivery to our customers very challenging.
