      Pros

      The school is busy, which is the name of the game if you are and instructor. The team is also very divers which is nice to see in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      The pay is horrendous. Given the cost of instruction to clients, the $21/hr starting pay is laughable. The company is also very lean on retirement plans.
