The people I worked with were great

The pay The way change is communicated and executed There’s very little forward planning, everything seems to be left until the last minute which adds unnecessary stress that could have been avoided They don’t seem to trust their internal teams, if there is any problems they’re very quick to bring in an external consultant and spend a lot of money just to be told exactly what their employees had been saying. Then nothing would change anyway

They hire lovely people who care and are talented

Lurched strategically giving the staff whiplash Spend their money in the most erratic ways No strength of leadership
