Pros
There are no pros, except for unlimited PTO, company-paid benefits, and fun coworkers
Cons
The marketing team was circus run by deranged micromanagers, Perry McDermott and Danielle Rand. The used a PIP document on one of the most hardworking employees on their team because he wasn't working the same 60+ hour weeks they were. They introduced the PIP so they could fire him and instead use a marketing agency to their web development work. (However, they didn't save any of his documentation so they were never able to make web development changes and fixes and had to make a new website AGAIN.) Perry's bad decisions and lack of experience was a recipe for disaster — unrealistic deadline, ever-changing initiatives, "everything is a priority" mentality. The only thing he knows are buzzwords so people think he's competent in his job. Thankfully, that coworker had started job searching when the PIP was introduced and found a replacement job shortly before they fire him.
