Great opportunities for growth and career, flexi-time to suit your lifestyle, unlimited holidays, great company culture. Management are supportive and make staff feel seen and appreciated. New ideas are encouraged and listened to. My favourite thing is that I have experienced no micro-managing, only guidance and valid feedback to help me improve and perform better. As long as I bring measurable, tangible results, there is complete trust in you as an employee, which is very rare and refreshing. Fanvue value their staff and make them feel like they are a part of something meaningful.
Cons
If you can't hack the fast paced, ever-evolving start-up life, this is probably going to be challenging for you. But if you value constant change and you see challenge as an opportunity to grow and learn, you will flourish here. There are no cons for me, and I am just very excited to be here.
