I live a few states away from a Fannie Mae office, and they offered me more money than I'd get doing the same job in my local market.
Cons
I was there for a little under four years, and had five managers during that time. Some of the managers were good, and some were pretty bad. So one month you could have a manager talking to you about getting promoted, and the next you could have one that's trying to manage you out of the company.
