      Pros

      Good vision of the future and amazing side projects.

      Cons

      Compensation: payment late every month. Besides the monthly payment established for contractors, I spent almost 90 days without a dime. Benefits: only available for American employees. HR would send general emails/Slack messages, for all the company, with benefits (PTO, bonus etc.) that only Americans could enjoy. Senseless. Revenue team: a joke. Monetization plans didn't work so obviously there wasn't any kind of assurance for employees/contractors to stay at the company.

      Pros

      The culture and feel among the FanHero office is AMAZING. Everyone works really well together, we have doughnuts regularly and a stocked kitchen (even with healthy stuff) incase you get the munchies throughout the day. We work with the latest and greatest technologies in a penthouse with a 360 view of Downtown Orlando. You start accruing PTO from day one and even get 20 days your first YEAR! FanHero totally embodies the startup mentality. Our developers dress however they are comfortable and are encouraged to attend tech events to stay up to date with the newest things being used.
