- Lots of responsibility from early on - Colleagues are lovely - Good progression - Nice variety of campaigns - Recognition when you do well - Socials - Passionate HR department - The hours are 10-6 and there is not a huge amount of overtime

- Unstable and the structure is constantly changing - Poor pay - Really high turnover of staff - Lots of promises that don't get fulfilled - Toxic behaviour towards those who leave
