It's hard to find the pros, all of the good vibes are disingenuous and fake
Cons
The leadership are incompetent, our CTO does jack all and there is so much favoritism it's disgusting. they keep rewriting core values because they need to look busy but it doesnt matter because they arent followed by leadership. There is hardly a smattering of diversity and they don't value underrepresented voices. Look like us? One of us? Former coworker? you're golden, otherwise you'll be silenced and driven out
