Pros
Some nice people, discount on merchandise, casual dress code.
Cons
Very poor pay compared to industry standards. Company sets unrealistic sales goals and overworks you during peak season but denies you a bonus or increment because the company did not an inflated sales goal. Many managers and people in decision making positions such as QA manager and Dev manager lack the basic skill sets and qualifications required for the job. They found themselves in managerial roles because the company grew too soon and promoted people to positions based on years served. Poor communication to team members and communicating false information seems to be a norm here. Such managers need to be let go because they will never resign themselves as they will never find a position at the same level elsewhere.
