      Extreme micro-management. If you are not already in the "boys club", you will not have much opportunity for growth. Have seen many skilled employees get let go over minor disagreements that management seems to snowball.

      Like any sportsbook and casino, they use you to build up the product, then let you go. High turnover and fake promises of being brought on full time.
