      Good people on teams. Work from home 2 days a week. No weekend demands.

      Cons

      Definitely obvious layers. Not all departments treated equally. Hard to move up from lower level positions. Company tends to hire externally and definitely prefers employees 20 - 30 years old.

      Good paying job, professional work enviroment

      Like any sportsbook and casino, they use you to build up the product, then let you go. High turnover and fake promises of being brought on full time.
