      Everybody in the organization is trying to prove his/her authority to the others, and this makes the working environment awful.

      Pros

      As an Robotics Engineer I needed to learn and test new things which expand my knowledge greatly. In addition, working in different areas of AI applications was a valuable experince I gained at FANAP.

      Cons

      Mostly MVPs are being developed at FANAP-Zlab which means the projects have to be done in a shortest time period. Moreiver, as were are always facing challenges, we need to search and discover many things very quickly.
