      Pros

      FanDuel has a great entrepreneurial culture where you can truly pursue areas of work that interest you. You have the ability to carve out your own career path in a truly unique way. Everyone is super nice and intelligent- people genuinely care about their coworkers and love hanging out with each other.

      Cons

      Lower levels of bureaucracy than most other companies, but can feel an increasing level creeping in at times.

      office is nice, good benefits

      this company is a sinking ship. its values have changed from a good product and happy employees to we will do anything at all to stay relevant. sports betting is a depleting business. FanDuel let go over 500 people in one day and proceeded to have a massive ad event and paid for peoples subway rides with knicks alum and merch and everything...on the same. exact. day. They do not care about you and they will get rid of anyone. I would not recommend anyone work here unless maybe you just graduated and are looking for experience. We just got rid of our CEO and our CPO is leaving as well as several other high level employees because there is no saving this ship. jump off now is my advice.
