Pros
Great benefits, great people, lots of support and training opportunities. Social activities were slow to start after covid but definitely increasing: work celebrations, cultural celebrations, Thur evening happy hour, morning rolls - generally a huge effort to get people together. The offices are truly amazing. People are not being forced back in but encouraged to get together where it helps work progress so fully remote is trickier. The work is constantly interesting and varied. There is a huge focus on responsible gaming and being good operators. Also a focus on diversity, and mental health.
Cons
It IS pressured. Its very fast paced and change is an absolute constant. It would be good to have less direction changes and some strategic clarity but the landscape changes fast and we have to respond.
