Pros
Great working environment. People are broadly hardworking and happy to engage with one another. A lot of very talented people on the Engineering side, good learning opportunities on the job.
Cons
Having difficulty retaining skilled employees. Primarily due to totally avoidable issues such as unwillingness to renegotiate compensation in volatile market conditions or make other allowances where money is concerned. I think they will eventually adapt to this but it will be a very costly exercise as the best talent will have already gone.
