Pros
Maybe the best software company I’ve worked for yet. In 15+ years I’ve never found a perfect place but these guys know what they’re doing, they have the tools and know how to use them. Good practices are adhered to and management is communicative and supportive. What’s not to like?
Cons
Closest thing to a “con” is maybe some minor growing pains, but that’s a good problem to have.
