Pros

Great leadership and culture with great teammates who share a common interest (sports). Surging industry with rapid growth and which creates opportunities for career development.

Cons

Growing pains of a surging company/industry means there is never a shortage of work to go around. Burnout is a factor and everyone is always very busy with 2 plates full of work per person. Pay is at the bottom of the industry scale if you are promoted internally dont expect to be anywhere close the market average.

office is nice, good benefits

this company is a sinking ship. its values have changed from a good product and happy employees to we will do anything at all to stay relevant. sports betting is a depleting business. FanDuel let go over 500 people in one day and proceeded to have a massive ad event and paid for peoples subway rides with knicks alum and merch and everything...on the same. exact. day. They do not care about you and they will get rid of anyone. I would not recommend anyone work here unless maybe you just graduated and are looking for experience. We just got rid of our CEO and our CPO is leaving as well as several other high level employees because there is no saving this ship. jump off now is my advice.
