Pros
There are some very hard working and dedicated employees at this company. Many of their talents are wasted here. Compensation is okay for the area. Casual dress code. Health insurance plans are very good but very costly as well.
Cons
Owner/President, Arthur Zaretsky's management style can only be described as Tyranny. He has no experience other than this company that he built, and it shows. While he has experienced success it's not due to his management, it's on the backs fo the people who work for him but he'd never acknowledge that. He's too self absorbed to surround himself with people who can actually help him grow his business and be better at what he does. He's demeaning and creates a hostile environment in which employees actually text and email one another to find out what kind of mood he is in before they have to talk to him about anything. He regularly conducts business out of the break room including discussions about employee relations issues while other employees are in the room. He screams at employees and has literal verbal altercations in the hallways and in other public areas. He has no self control whatsoever. He shares completely inappropriate information with people including violations of HIPPA. He encourages an environment where people are pitted against one another in order for him to get what he believes is "real information", Instead what happens is employees throwing other employees "under the bus" in hopes of spending just a few moments in Arthur's favor because when you are in his favor everything is great, the single moment in which something happens he doesn't like you fall from grace and you then have a target on your back. There are a myriad of unethical or borderline unethical business practices that go on here, too many to even begin to list.
